Obituary of Charles Alvin Baker

Charles A. "Charlie" Baker Charles Alvin "Charlie" Baker, 45, of Olney, MO, died Saturday morning, March 18, 2006 at Lincoln County Medical Center in Troy, MO. Born October 27, 1960 in Troy, MO, he was the son of Charles Alvin and Pauline Stuckey Baker. He was a 1979 graduate of Buchanan High School in Troy. He was united in marriage on October 29, 1981 in Troy to Lois Marie Stonebarger. He worked as a Ford Certified Technician at Ray Price Ford for several years. He was formerly employed as a heavy equipment operator at Magruder Limestone near Troy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Alvin and Pauline Baker. Survivors include his beloved wife of 24 years, Lois Baker of Silex, MO; one son, Douglas A. Murray of Olney; two daughters: Delia D. McGuire and her husband, Kennet, Sr. of Clarksville, MO, and Kristina I. Murray of Troy; and twelve grandchildren. He also leaves other relatives and friends. Cremation arrangements were handled by Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Elsberry, MO. Memorials may be made to the family of Charles A.
