Obituary of Catherine Louise Williams

Catherine Louise Williams Funeral services for Catherine Louise Williams of Foley, MO will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 20, 2007 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield, MO. J. Larry Carter of Carter-Ricks Funeral Home will officiate with burial in Sunset Cemetery in Pacific, MO. Serving as pallbearers will be Joe Jones, Frank Sweeney, Jesse Jones, Rod Reeves and Bruce Bergmann. Ms. Williams, 60, died Monday morning, September 17, 2007 at the home of her daughter near Foley. Born February 3, 1947 in St. Louis, MO, she was the daughter of Lloyd and Irma Dewey DeClue. She worked for many years as a waitress in local restaurants, and later as a telemarketer in phone sales. She was preceded in death by her father, Lloyd DeClue. Survivors include one son, Franklin A. Sweeney, Jr. of Bridgeton, MO; one daughter, Stephanie Jones and her husband, Joe, of Foley; four grandchildren: Nicholas Sweeney, Melissa Sweeney, Lanette Cunningham and Eric Wilburn; three great-grandchildren: David Cunningham, Jr., Brittney Cunningham and Dylan Barton. She also leaves her mother, Irma DeClue of Cuba, MO; cousins, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until time of the service at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 20, 2007 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield.
