Rev. Jack Noblin and Rev. Jonathan Krawczyk officiated with burial in Asbury Cemetery near Foley, MO. Serving as pallbearers were Jesse Haven, Johnny Haven, Dustin Shirley, Philip Pickett, Calvin Shirley, Danny Shirley, John Mantovani, Jim Merrell and James Brockman. Mr. Head, 25, died Sunday, June 26, 2005 at his home near Winfield. Born January 19, 1980 in St. Charles, MO, he was the son of David Charles and Evelyn Mae Shirley Head. He was self-employed as a carpenter, painter and window installer. Survivors include his parents, David and Evelyn Head of Winfield; and two brothers: Chris Haven and his wife, Nicole, of St. Peters, MO, and Kevin Head of St. Ann, MO. He also leaves his maternal grandparents, Alvis Henry and Sadie Ellen Shirley of Harvester, MO, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation was held from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 28, 2005 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home near Winfield.
