Obituary of Janet Areline Lilley

Janet Areline Lilley Funeral Services for Janet Areline Lilley of Foley, MO, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 19, 2012 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Winfield, MO. Rev. Dwayne Presson of Warrenton, MO will officiate with burial in Bethany Cemetery in Winfield. Serving as pallbearers will be Craig Brinkman, Delbert Brinkman, Daniel Moander, Scott Hirth, Isaac Rochaville, Mike Altman and Justin Hirth. Mrs. Lilley, 68, passed away Monday afternoon, April 16, 2012 at St. Joseph Health Center. Born February 18, 1944 in Troy, MO, she was the daughter of James Delbert and Helen Victoria Powelson Morgan. She was a 1962 graduate of Winfield High School. She was united in marriage on November 23, 1972 in Winfield to David Lee Lilley. Their home was blessed with five children: Delbert, Craig, Tammy, Karri and Amy. She was a housewife. Mrs. Lilley was a member of Pentecostal Power Ministries. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Helen Morgan. Survivors include her beloved husband of 39 years, David Lilley of Foley; two sons: Delbert Brinkman of Oklahoma and Craig Brinkman and his wife, Cheri, of Pendleton, MO; one step-daughter, Tammy Boedeker of Moscow Mills, MO; two daughters: Karri Moander and her husband, Daniel of Foley and Amy Hirth and her husband, Scott of St. Louis, MO; and fourteen grandchildren. She also leaves one brother, Jim Morgan of Winfield; two sisters: Jonel Presley of St. Peters, MO and Victoria Morgan, also of St. Peters; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at Carter-Ricks Funeral Home in Winfield.
