Father Robert Zinser, Father Fred Meyer and Rev. Michael Lockhart officiated with burial in Old Alexandria Cemetery near Troy, MO. Serving as pallbearers were Jason Boedeker, Nick Rogalski, Andrew Mueller, Jonathan Franke, James Lorenz and Cory Norton. Honorary pallbearers were Jimmy Stanek, Brad Schlote, Greg Cox and Kevin Koviak. Tyler, 22, died early Monday morning, October 24, 2005 near Troy, MO. Born August 29, 1983 in Troy, MO, he was the son of Brent Franklin and Mary L. (nee Norton) Teasley. A lifelong resident of rural Lincoln County, he was a 2002 graduate of Elsberry High School in Elsberry, MO. Tyler was employed as a heavy equipment operator by Dave Kolb Grading and Excavating in St. Charles, MO. He was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Elsberry. Tyler was preceded in death by his uncle, Greg Teasley; great-grandparents: George and Nola B. Strus and Benjamin Franklin Teasley. Survivors include his parents, Brent and Mary Teasley of Silex, MO; two brothers: Tory Teasley and Trent Teasley, both of Silex; his maternal grandparents, Robert and Elizabeth Norton of Silex; his paternal grandparents, Frank and Betty Teasley of Silex; his great grandmother, Mary E. Teasley of Elsberry. He also leaves his godparents and aunt and uncle, David and Beverly Norton of Martinsburg, MO; several aunts and uncles: Carolyn McCruden and her husband, Clayton "Mac", of Hannibal, MO, Linda Dowell and her husband, Lonnie, of Centralia, MO, Leon Norton and his wife, Connie, of Silex, Melvin Norton of Silex, Ray Norton of Silex, Joni Gallup and her husband, Rick of High Ridge, MO, Bennie Teasley and his wife, Tonya, of Bowling Green, MO; several cousins, other relatives and friends. Visitation was held from 4:00 - 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 26, 2005 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Elsberry.
